Monday, February 12, 2018. A Custom Order - Gone Horribly Wrong and Then Right. I get a lot of requests for custom straps. Usually I know right away whether or not I can do what the customer is asking. Sometimes I need to mull it over for a while. Saturday, April 29, 2017. Thanks to the Nurses! I appreciate the nurses in my life. Some of them have literally helped to save my life. All the nurses who attended to me were courteous, supportive and efficient. They spoke with authority but not with bossiness. Nurses are people of action. They do what needs to be done in the moment. No easy task since many of them work 12-hour shifts. Now that I am working from home selling my handmade lanyards.

I believe an art business should be a living, breathing endeavor that continually displays new growth. Just as a tree reaches taller to the sky, with roots extending deeper into the ground so it may produce more luscious fruit, an art studio should show evidence of similar transformation and maturity. I have moved my website.

I was invited to do a presentation at the Charleston Conference. Last November and at the end of my talk the editor of the UK journal. Not only is writing a journal article different to putting together a conference paper, this would be my first article in a peer reviewed journ.
